What could be better for a lover of beef than a job travelling around Queensland and the Northern Territory on a private company plane filming cattle stations and eating 100% Wagyu beef?

Our Pilatus PC12 sits next to a dirt runway on a cattle station in the Northern Territory

Last week I travelled to Brisbane to hitch a ride on a private Pilatus PC12 plane and visited both cattle stations and feedlots in Australia's 'outback'. Ended up flying just under 5,000km, all of it sitting in the co-pilot's seat which was pretty nice.

Yep, that's what we had for dinner one night!

At this stage the video is still in the early production stage however I'll try and post a link to it here once it's completed.
