A short break in the constant rain this afternoon gave me the opportunity to get some vision of the Ross River flowing over Black Weir, Douglas. At the time of shooting this footage one of the dam gates was fully open and the other two are reported to be following suit. This equates to more than two million litres a second flowing over the wall.
